This month, we make poached fish with Garlic Chives (and save on all that chopping of garlic and onions...) with sauteed cabbage and onions, with the sweetness of Bronze Fennel. Followed by apple in butter with yoghurt, nuts, seeds and Green Fennel. Something warming. Something springlike! Use your Garlic Chives to save on the effort of using both garlic and onions. Use your Fennels as sugar substitutes.
